I'd call it a very unfortunate angle. Her legs are so tiny that I'm guessing it's hidden behind the guy's leg! Whoops.

At first glance I would agree that her leg has been photoshopped out but I could agree with Rachel, Emma does have very tiny legs? Puzzling!
I think her leg is just tucked up behind her.
