Moist and delicious gluten free chocolate cupcakes covered in chocolate-coffee ganache. Sounds like an OK recipe.

I was looking for a chocolate dessert recipe (yeah, Valentine's Day) and found this one from Gluten-Free Girl at The Daily Green. Sources say these cupcakes are even better than those at the famous Magnolia Bakery in New York.

wow they look really amazing. i have to tell you...i'm not a huge fan of magnolia. i know, sacrilegious! you should look up recipes from the book Babycakes (it's also a bakery in NYC).
