This photograph by Annabel Mehran reminds me of a friend back in high school who used to climb out her bedroom window at night to rendezvous with boys. Didn't we all have a friend like this.
yes! we definitely all had a friend like this:) and sometimes I even joined her but not necessarily to met up with boys! lol I had a little balcony outside my bedroom window - it was actually a little deck that went out to our backyard. we had an alarm at the house but you could open the window large enough for me to sneak out of it without sounding it...I usually just went outside to talk to friends (or boys) who were out that night but it was fun. wow...I haven't thought about that in years:) your post just brought back some great memories. xo
Cute picture!! And yes, I had one. Sweet, sweet friend and she actually talked me into sneaking out one night in 6th grade with her! Yes, we did meet up with boys. OH, the scandal!!! haha.
HAHAHA! My brother did this all the time...my little brother! I would come home from college and then he would sneak out the back door at 3am...he made me promise not to tell my mother...I never did!
We used to sneak out of our bunks in sleep away camp to meet the boys on the other side of campus....we stood on our sink once, punched the screen out and hopped down into the woods. It would have worked well if the sink didn't fall down as the last of us was leaving...we got in a LOT of trouble!
This photo actually reminds ME of when I locked myself out of my apartment building a few weeks after I graduated from college. I was only wearing a bath robe! I had to climb back in through a window, which was fortunately open. What was not fortunate was the crew of construction workers repairing something on the building next door. They thought the whole thing was hilarious, while I tried to pretend that I couldn't hear them laughing at me.
