Fight the fat.

According to SELF Editor-in-Chief Lucy Danziger, you will lose weight if you indulge in these 8 "fat-fighting super bites" (gluten free, naturally): almonds, berries, cinnamon, mustard, oranges, soybeans, sweet potatoes and Swiss cheese. You can read more about it here.

I loved your note, because I am really trying to learn to do more with sweet potatoes to incorporate them more into a weekly diet! Hopefully SELF will have some recipe suggestions ;o) I'm also in love with berries and swiss, so feeling quite good right about now.

HAHAHa I'm just laughing at that picture. SO random.

I actually heard that cinnamon helps keep your blood sugar stable longer or something like that, so you feel full a little longer. Don't quote me, though.
