OK. Let's see...how do we sell this one? The building is pet-friendly, has a live-in super, AND there's a bathroom to go with your bedroom. Killer views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

I don't live in New York, but isn't that a steal? I'll buy it! Now I just have to move across the country....
Oh, what a great, great view.
The space is great but, a little re-staging could not hurt. Edit.
Take the soft butter & white color scheme works well, just spread it around a little thicker.
Take away the knick-knacks.
This should be an easy sell. Do well.
That is absolutely amazing!
One day, one day

oooooh, i'd move there, i just need the $755,000 and i'm sold!
I want. What a stunning space!
The room is big though. I like the natural lighting.
holy moley...GORGEOUSNESS. I have to check out thelisting. yesterday I randomly saw a two bedroom, two bath place on the upper east side, a neighborhood that I love to visit but don't want to live in, in an enormous building with absolutely NO character whatsoever for a million bucks. I thought "this is a million dollars?!" I've lived in NY my whole life except for a stint in Boston and Paris during my undergrad years but I can't accept that...
this apt with the views, the amenities and the charm and unique qualities...ie...that little step to the gorgeous terrace...are what makes the place.
Where in Brooklyn is this? I was just in Brooklyn Heights this week and it has such a gorgeous view of Manhattan....and the tree lined streets were very pretty. My beau and I were exploring the area and stopped to chat with a few residents and they were very lovely people.
It's a beautiful apartment. But that's the problem - it's an APARTMENT for almost $800K. NY housing prices really amaze me.
If that place does not float your boat you could live in the "clock tower" building for a $25 million. Also in brooklyn. And again I said BUILDING not a McMansion on several acres of land. Gotta love city living and the prices folks will pay. http://sethadoresjai.blogspot.com/2009/08/tick-tock-tick-tock.html
My friend and her husband bought a 5th story walk-up in the east 80's 2 years ago and paid $545K. We thought that was a steal but again they have to climb 5 flights of stairs every day as the place does not have an elevator.
That balcony sells itself!
Awesome awesomeness! Gorgeous.
