Hey, Jackie--Thanks for posting the link to my site for the Mediterranean Chocolate Cake! (Of course, folks who aren't gluten free can adjust the recipe by just using regular flour and skipping the xanthan gum. That's true of any of my recipes that require GF flour and xanthan gum.) My posts on anything chocolate are the most popular. So far, the flourless chocolate cake is the all-time big draw. (It requires basic ingredients with no egg separation and, therefore, no "folding in"!) No surprise on its popularity! LOL Keep spreading the word on gluten free though. If I had my way, we'd all be gluten free. Dr. Peter Green was just quoted as saying that gluten is difficult fo everyone to digest (I knew that) and that it's the only protein our bodies can't metabolize (I did not know that!). Wow, huh?

I love all your links! I have to agree the free home makeover ideas were easy and clever. Sometimes we forget the most obvious things. ;-)

Have a great weekend!
